A few weeks ago I mentioned this mudpie kitchen that I wanted to recreate for sweet Camille and Noah. Then a friend emailed me this link full of all kinds of inspiration. So without further ado, here is our own little mudpie kitchen.
What really inspired me was a box full of wooden dishes we got from freecycle last week. I couldn’t believe my luck. They weren’t in the best condition, but I intend to refinish the leftover ones that don’t have too many cut marks. The wood stand and burners Chris cut using free wood that we got off freecycle a while back. We have quite a few crates so this was basically free. The only thing I couldn’t resist purchasing is that green water pitcher. I saw it at the thrift store & its the perfect addition.
Here’s a few pictures of little Noah’s imagination at work:

I love your mudpie kitchen! I wish I had seen these a few years ago, when my boys would have still been into it.
They must be loving that! My girl would be right there with them playing, too, I think. I love seeing all of the beautiful playthings you’ve made for and with your children.
